Negativland’s Mark Hosler on Copyright & Creative Commons

A video interview with Mark of the genious sound collage group, Negativland. I believe this video is done inside Mark’s house. Someone correct me if I am wrong. This was taken from Blip video website but was made by “Minnesota Stories.” Their profile doesn’t have any info so I couldn’t find a way to contact them.
