Josephine Banig Roberto represented the Philippines in the International Star Search Competition hosted by Ed McMahon where she emerged as the International Star Search Junior Vocalist Grand Champion for her rendition of Chuck Jackson hit “Anyday Now” in Los Angeles, California in 1989.
